Hatt’ras Bound Sportfishing seeks to provide you with a fun and safe fishing experience here on the Outer Banks of NC. Whether you are a novice fisherman just looking to get out with the family or a group of seasoned fishermen we can help you create memories that will last a lifetime. All you need to bring is sun screen, food, and drinks and let us take care of the rest. Over 20 years fishing experience means a great deal of time has been spent honing and perfecting skills that will give you the best advantage to catch fish.

The boat is slipped at OBX Marina in Wanchese, NC allowing a short ride to reach Oregon Inlet. On our inshore and near shore trips we stay in the channels and on the ocean within sight of land. We typically target bluefish, spanish mackerel, flounder, trout, croaker, triggerfish, and other various bottom fish in the spring, summer, and fall months. When it cools down we can also target ocean rockfish along the shore. Venturing a little farther out into the ocean we can fish for amberjack and king mackerel which can put up a real fight. On a gulf stream fishing trip we target dolphin (mahi mahi), tuna, wahoo, sailfish, and marlin. After your fishing trip you may want to relax at the nearby Fisherman’s Wharf Restaurant overlooking Wanchese harbor. We can call ahead to have a table ready for you. Inshore trips are available to fish for trout, red drum, flounder, bluefish, and spanish mackerel.
